LOC Systems

LOC systems is a commercial term used to refer to the order in which you should apply your products as part of your hair care routine, post shampooing. LOC stands for liquid-based (or lotion i.e leave-in conditioner), oil based , cream based. The LOC system is most beneficial for people with natural coily or tight-textured hair, and those who are interested in guarding against moisture loss.

Jacqui McIntosh, Avlon’s European Education Director, shares which products she recommends for use in a LOC system for optimal results.
