Schwarzkopf Professional reveals new Igora Cools, a beautiful new family in its flagship colour brand. Igora Cools are elegant, cool tones, ranging from enticing cendré to ash and jade. The colours are perfect for your clients wanting to experiment with colder tones this year.
The new shades are an extension of Schwarzkopf Professional’s Igora Royal permanent colour portfolio and the demi-permanent Igora Vibrance. Adding Igora Cools supports the demand for cooler, natural colours with strong neutralisation, especially on darker bases. The high-performance products push colouration limits, empowering you to create beautiful hair.
Shades & application
Schwarzkopf Professional tells us Igora Cools gives hairdressers effective colour results despite the client’s hair base. The range uses a pigment combination that provides neutralisation by counteracting warm undertones for natural results. The effect is perfect for clients who want vibrant yet authentic looking hair.
To make it clear, here’s how it works. To achieve the desired level of neutralisation with the Igora Cools line extension, there are now eight dedicated shades:
- Igora Royal – 5 cool shades for permanent hair colour:
9-11, 9-19, 7-13, 6-23, 6-31 - Igora Vibrance – 3 cool shades for demi-permanent hair colour:
9-12, 6-23, 4-33
Dual application
Thanks to Igora, dual-application has never been easier! Using the same numbering system for all shades, you can match Igora Royal permanent shades to Igora Vibrance demi-permanent shades.
A dual-application service uses matching Igora Vibrance shades to refresh the lengths and ends of an Igora Royal service where permanent colour is usually only required on re-growth areas. This creates more service opportunities for you, and more choice for your clients. Thanks to a strongly reduced risk of over pigmentation, results include improved hair condition, shine and vibrancy, Ideal
