Hot on the heels of a dynamic HelpYourSalon launch, Schwarzkopf Professional launches a further innovation to support professional partnership salons. This time it’s the brand new Home Delivery service. Designed to support salons in keeping the supply of premium professional products flowing direct to their consumers.

Schwarzkopf Professional Home Delivery facilitates salons’ clients to order home-care faves from a professional source that they trust. At the same time, it keeps salon partners firmly at the centre of the process. Clients can make their product orders through their salons and salons can make a margin. What a great way for salons to keep in touch with their stylists and their clients and make money from retail even though they are closed!

Care and styling winners for this home care system are the Mad About, BC, Oil Ultime, OSiS and Silhouette. Whilst Blondme, Chroma ID and Igora Expert Mousse complete the offering for relieving colour crises.

Home Delivery was designed to be uncomplicated, reliable and swift. This is how it’s done:

  • Salons need to promote their new service on their own social or direct marketing channels.
  • Next, salons receive their clients’ orders.
  • Salons place individual, or multiple orders with their Schwarzkopf Professional sales advisor.
  • From here, Schwarzkopf processes, picks, packs and dispatches the order to the salon customer with the added benefit of free delivery.
  • A minimum £30 order applies.
