That’s right, BHA20 is touring! HJ’s British Hairdressing Award – sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional – celebrates the creativity and craftsmanship of hairdressing. Each year, winners are named across regional and specialist categories and the accolade of British Hairdresser of the Year is awarded to one very deserving person.
This year, for the first time EVER, pop-up galleries will appear across the UK to showcase the images created by the 2020 winners and finalists. Hairdressers, trainees, apprentices and anyone interested in the art behind the craft can take a look at some of the industry’s best work.
Due to Covid restrictions, HJ hosted the BHA20 awards ceremony last November as a virtual event; meaning the tour will finally give the winners and finalists a chance to celebrate in person with their peers. Heading to four cities across the country, each venue will showcase the work of the local finalists alongside the 2020 specialist category winners and the imagery created by the nominees for 2020 British Hairdresser of the Year.
Entry to the pop-up tour is FREE and the event is open to everyone.
