Angela Lei’s voice: Sharing

Angela Lei is a young businesswoman who was born in Italy with Chinese heritage. Angela graduated from the University of Bocconi and created a new concept in gastronomy. She finds her inspiration from her hometown street food culture, transported to Italy.

Thanks to her entrepreneurial spirit she decides soon to open a Chinese restaurant in Milan. Not a place like any other, but a place spreading out the gastronomic culture of her country. Her restaurant specializes in traditional cuisine from Wuhan, the region located in the southeast of China, at the confluence of the Han River with the Blue River.

Angela is happy to be in Milan, where her effort is amply rewarded by the curiosity of her clients, passionate about the stories that she tells in the presentation of each recipe.

“I think that sharing a culture starting from food is the most fascinating thing to do,” says Angela. “I am always happy when I serve people something they could perceive as strange, something that you think they could reject, but they accept with joy. “

Speaking from the heart, Angela feels that a female entrepreneur is one of the most amazing things in the world because she gets to build her life with her own hands. Angela is an intercultural and brilliant woman who loves to share knowledge and experiences.

Sharing is the message of Angela Lei
