ghd Professional’s #choptoyourchin day

rjhandley ghd: always a good news story

ghd Professional’s #choptoyourchin day on the 21st September was a triumph! The campaign which will run throughout September and October – with the help of ghd stylists – aims to encourage clients to chop to their chin and donate their hair (a minimum of 7 inches) to the Little Princess Trust. The Little Princess Trust is an incredible organisation that makes and supplies real hair wigs to children across the UK that have lost their hair through cancer or other illnesses. Already, the reception from clients in ghd salons up and down the country has been phenomenal and LPT has received hundreds of donations. Endorsing the campaign on the 21st September was model Amber Le Bon, who proudly had 7″ of her hair chopped by ghd’s global ambassador Adam Reed and donated to the charity. Amber says: “I really love what Little Princess Trust does; it’s a charity that makes real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair. The confidence that it gives to kids is priceless. My hair will grow back and it is going to kids whose hair isn’t growing right now. If I make one kid smile by adding to a wig that they are wearing then that makes me so happy.”
