With the ghd max taking the nation by storm, it’s only right we learn some hot new styling tips! These directional wave screams glamour and elegance – a must have look as our social lives are slowly coming back.
How-to create directional waves
Step 1: Apply ghd curl hold spray in layers
Step 2: Take a 2 inch horizontal section
Step 3: Place ghd max horizontally in the hair pointing away from the face
step 4: turn ghd max 360° down towards the head
Step 5: Tavel off base at 90° when you are 3 inches down the hair
Step 6: Then travel directly away from the face (sideways) until you reach the ends of the hair
Step 7: Continue until all hair is curled this way, always curling in the same direction
Step 8: Using the ghd paddle brush, dress all the hair until the waves begin to form together, then flip the fringe so the side parting sits on the opposite side, adding height at the front
