Disruptive Red

Did you like what you saw in Indola Autumn Street Style collection? We’re here to share the secrets into the disruptive red look.

The Cut

Step 1: Section the hair as shown

Step 2: Taking diagonal back sections elevate the hair low and cut at a 45 angle

Step 3: Follow this to centre and repeat on other side

Step 4: Work your way around the head, continuing the baseline. Blend the top into the underneath graduation maintaining weight

Step 5: Dry the hair and personalize the cut freehand. Add freehand a fringe if needed

The Colour

Formulas

A) PCC 4.68 + 6% Cream Developer
B) PCC6.66X+9% Cream Developer
C) PCC 5.56 + 9% Cream Developer

Step 1: Part the hair into 3 sections with the bottom section going all the way around the head.

Step 2: Start at the bottom section with applying colour A in a freehand balayage technique.

Step 3: Blend the colour into the root area

Step 4: Apply colour A in the front area last.

Step 5: Next, apply colour B to the middle part, also using a freehand balayage technique

Step 6: Finally continue the same technique in the upper section using colour C. Let develop for 30 minutes and rinse off thoroughly. Wash and care the hair with Indola Care Color Shampoo & Conditioner

Styling

 

Step 1: Apply ACT NOW! SETTING SPRAY evenly throughout the hair

Step 2: Connect a diffuser to your blowdryer and gently dry the hair from below

Step 3: Clip the hair flat at the top of the head to keep the volume flat

Step 4: To add extra volume to the bottom, use the diffuser to blow-dry against the direction of growth

Step 5: Refine the look by gently back-combing the length

Step 6:Use ACT NOW! TEXTURE SPRAY to finish the styling.
