We’re huge fans of Davines’ eco-friendly ethos and nothing celebrates their commitment to this more than their partnership with The Third Day exhibition in Parma, Italy.
The Third Day is all about environmental sustainability shown through our favourite medium, art. Can you think of a better way to express a major issue in today’s age? Us neither. The exhibition ran from 20 April to 1 July and contained 115 works from 40 international artists – amazing! Each artist came from a different background and viewers got to see their take on the planet’s suffering. It made intriguing viewing.
Now here’s some more details… The exhibition was hosted at the Governor’s Palace in Parma and half of ticket sale revenue goes towards funding environmental sustainability projects. Love it! This all ties in perfectly with the objective of the Davines Village in Parma to make it the “home of sustainable beauty”.
