Most women are familiar with the power of a primer as a base for a good makeup kit; more recently this product has become part of the hair routine offering a perfect base for what will be applied later. Davines introduces its new and fully sustainable Blow Dry Primer in the More Inside line as “step 0” before applying any other styling products.
Performance & Sustainability
The new Blow Dry Primer is a base and barrier between the hair and environmental factors, such as humidity and the heat of hot tools used for styling; featuring the sustainability characteristics that are an integral part of the brand products: a carbon neutral product whose packaging is made in plant origin plastic for a lower footprint, the wrapping is in FSC certified paper.
“It’s rare to find a product that gives shine like an oil but doesn’t weigh the hair down. Furthermore, it gives body to limp hair, and protects hair damaged by humidity and external factors” says Tom Connell – Hair Art Director of Davines.
Why we love it
The synergy of the various ingredients in the formula give a high moisturising power that favours the deposit of water molecules on the hair shaft. The gradual release of these ingredients improves product performance and keeps the hair healthy and hydrated for longer. It gives hair definition and elasticity (Size: 250ml | Suggested retail price: £23.00).
