British Beauty Week is on the horizon and we’re excited to hear that Roots Professional will be holding seminars and discussions to educate guests about their products. Perfect for professionals who want to understand more about hair loss and how they can help their clients.
Here’s what to expect…
Each talk will be hosted by co-founder Brian Hendricks and guests include Inanch Emir – a hair extension expert and Roots Professional ambassador; Krysia West, a trichologist in training and hair loss expert; and Robyn Althasen, a brow artist who recommends Roots Professional Founders Formula as an aftercare and brow maintenance product to her clients – interesting!
More guest speakers will be announced over the coming weeks so keep an eye on @rootsprofessional_uk
The Schedule
5/9/22 8pm – Culture of Hair Loss: Roots Professional is dedicated to promoting the realization that hair growth and follicular health should be a normal and lifelong part of the beauty process. It is not a “niche” category, but rather a consistent and beneficial addition to a person’s beauty routine, no different than a person’s early adoption of skin care.
6/9/22 8pm -Effects of Stress and Covid: Cortisol is a major contributing factor to the increase of telogen effluvium, which is increased hair shedding and/or thinning. We will explore the need for consistent beauty therapy to counteract this common but often times traumatizing hair reaction.
8/9/22 8pm – Caring for hair with extensions: Protect your natural hair from the weight of the extensions on the hair root itself. Also, learn how the pursuit of longer and thicker hair can be addressed from multiple pathways, extensions being just one.
