We hardly dare believe, and yet it’s true – we are all getting back to business! The Welsh salons are open, the Scots are due next week, and England on April 12th. Now is the time to get your hairdressing mojo back, and get ready for the NEW NOW in hairdressing. It’s not just the clients who are thrilled to see you professionals back at work, but the brands and distributors are, too. But let’s face it; even though exciting, the transition may also be difficult, challenging, even awkward. Well, don’t worry. L’Oréal Professional Products Division has launched a new Business Bounce-Back 2021 Guide to help all salons and hair pros get back to business as smoothly as possible.
Business Bounce-Back Guide
The Bounce-Back Guide has been created to support with the safe reopening of salons across the nation and is available for free now on L’Oréal Access. It has been carefully curated to act as a useful resource for all salons and hairdressers alike, covering a variety of topics including information such as; communications advice, social media tips to drive salon business and a summary of government support available to salons; featuring upcoming education events on L’Oréal Access, as well as brand new learning modules such as Salon E-Motion Webinars and Sustainability Savvy.
Another exciting part of the back to work vibe -also included in the Guide – is the new salon bounce-back campaign #HairProsKnowBest. To support the campaign, social media assets are provided to salons and hairdressers to use on their own social media accounts and spread the word. The #HairProsKnowBest campaign features four colourful social media illustrations -with caption suggestions- designed for all of you to use and share, celebrating how you make clients look and feel good inside and out. You can also encourage your clients to share their hair transformations using #HairProsKnowBest when returning to salon to show your amazing work. Cos nothing beats the hands of a hairdresser!
“We want to wish everyone well in the safe reopening of salons and remain by your side in solidarity to help you and your teams come back stronger than ever, together” said Béatrice Dautzenberg, managing director of L’Oréal Professional Products Division UK & Ireland.
“We are here to support all of our partners and our beloved hairdressing industry to bounce-back. The value placed on the skills, expertise, and experience that hairdressing provides – making people feel good inside and out – has never been so high. Salons and hairdressing services are essential; they offer creative and skilled physical transformations that empower people to reclaim their identity – something craved now more than ever. But they also offer an experience that supports emotional wellbeing through human touch and connection that now other Industry can provide.”
