Aveda Stella McCartney x Adidas

Aveda joined the Stella McCartney x Adidas collaboration kicking off the designers’ Spring Summer 2023 collection at the iconic Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles, California. The Aveda artist team joined as stylists, led by Antoinette Beenders, who is senior vice president global artistry Aveda. They created colourful, athletic hair looks for the performers including the LA Roller Girls and Beth Ditto. Antoinette and the team also styled an array of model and influencer guests backstage at the event.

Get the Look – LA Roller Girls

Antoinette and the team created individualised ‘athletic’ hair looks for the roller-skaters dressed in Stella McCartney x Adidas. They first ensured hair was in top condition using Aveda Nutriplenish leave-in conditioner or Aveda Botanical Repair bond-building styling crème dependent on hair type. We all know how critical haircare is when it comes to styling. Each roller-skater had a unique, fun style. Hair was pulled back with laces from the Stella McCartney x Adidas collection embedded throughout braids and twists. This added an eye-catching pop of colour. The looks were a perfect fit for a celebration of the new collection.Aveda Stella McCartney x Adidas

Party Guest Looks

The Aveda artistic team also styled guests backstage for the event. This included Scout Willis, Jamie Xie, Esther McGregor, Clara McGregor, Dylan Mulvaney, Truly Young, Grace Brinkly, Isha Punja and Jessica Skye. Sounds like it was an exciting day full of colour and fun, sporty styles!
