This week we’re catching up with jovial, fun loving, mother and entrepreneur – Kimmy – CEO of Style Nation, who is a keen advocate for Avlon products with a goal to build an empire that epitomizes the fortitude and tenacity of a strong black woman.
Back in 2015 in the midst of finishing her final coursework to be certified as a beautician, redundancy came knocking. Some may say the timing was very unfortunate; but being the optimist that she is, Kimmy searched for the positives. Having established a small clientele, Kimmy decided that it was time to launch out into the deep – you either sink or swim (so they say).
Kimmy has been swimming ever since. Her passion for hair and beauty is natural and since then Kimmy has become a multi-award winning hair stylist – holding four Black Hair Beauty Sensational Awards under her belt. “The success I now enjoy could not have been attained without my loyal clients’ aka ‘Stunnas,” says Kimmy.
Why do you choose to use Avlon products?
