The Black Issue of Tribu-te is out now! The usual mix of all things Tribu-te but with a special focus on working with Afro/Black hair. Kudos to Avlon for being a huge part in making this happen. It is wonderful to see and we are truly overwhelmed by it.
This is where it all started. The idea was to create a photoshoot using an all black team of hairdressers, models, MUA’s, stylist, photographer and assistants; the project became a reality thanks to Avlon’s generosity to sponsor the shoot. As a leading product brand in the Afro/Black hair market, it just made sense for them to find a way to be involved. We’ve seen before how Avlon are keen to champion the community and raise standards in hairdressing – check out their podcast with us here.
We’ve seen the collection and we have to say it really is remarkable! Head over to Tribu-te to get your copy of The Black Issue to appreciate the photos in all their glory.
Making The Difference
The Avlon brand has a whole host of iconic products! Knowing how to use them and when to use them requires some serious product knowledge. It’s not just about their products either, Avlon also understands the business of hairdressing and the importance to encourage creativity. Education is another key thing. By sharing knowledge Avlon help more hairdressers find the confidence and competence to work with Afro/Black hair. By becoming part of the Avlon family, you’ll be supported in business growth, advice, education and creative opportunities.
Now we’d like to get back to reading our Tribu-te magazine….
Rather than just taking our word for how wonderful it is, why not grab yourself a copy – we promise it is a truly premium magazine.
