Alfaparf Milano Professional is offering stylists an opportunity to showcase their artistic creativity in the Next Color GenHAIRation contest.
It’s simple – just mix your favourite nuances and create a brand-new colour. The best creations will compete in the Global Final in Italy in May 2023, and the winning nuance will become an official colour of the brand.
The winner of the contest will live a once-in-a-lifetime experience, with lots of Alfaparf Milano Professional prizes that celebrate the endless bond between beauty and colour:
- Official production of the winning nuance: become part of Alfaparf Milano’s history and bring your colour to salons across the world.
- Participation in the 2023 Collection: learn the best tricks in the book, find out how a collection is made and be the first to enjoy the newest style and colour creations!
- Visibility on the brand’s socials: bring your talent under the spotlight…it’s time to let it shine!
- Alfaparf Milano Professional official winning plaque.
To be in the running, each participant must create a new, original nuance, colour a real strand of hair and send it along with the nuance recipe to the address provided once registered. The closing date for entries is October 19th.
How it works
An Alfaparf Milano Professional colourist from each country, will select six of the most exciting nuances submitted. Then (in each country), the top six finalists, with their models, will take part in a local competition, showcasing their artistic talent with a wearable and contemporary technical-stylist creation that brings out the best of their new colour mix.
In Ireland, the local final will take place in Dublin on November 21st. The Global final will be held in Italy in May 2023, where each country’s winner will go head-to-head (using the same model from their local heat), in the battle to be crowned overall winner of the Next Color GenHAIRation contest.
