2025 Colour Trends with UNITE

A new year often means new hair. This is when we see clients looking to switch up their look. With a great new hair colour comes great responsibility – or should we say, great hair care? At UNITE Hair, looking good and feeling good go hand-in-hand, which is why using the right UNITE system allows clients to maintain the health and integrity of their hair after a colour change. Let’s take a look at the trending hair colours for 2025.

Syrup Blonde – Nicole Leal

How would you describe this tone?
I think of a creamy shade of vanilla

What makes it stand out from a traditional honey blonde?
β€œIt’s all in the lowlight. Instead of focusing on the brightest of the blonde, you’re relying on the depth and tone of the lowlight to make the blonde pop.”

Any product recommendations to keep the look up at home?
β€œI would focus on maintaining the health of the hair by using 7SECONDS Shampoo, 7SECONDS Conditioner, and U-Oil.”

Gourman Colours – Nicole Leal

How would you describe this trend?
β€œI think of super rich, blended colour. Pressing the reset button on highlights and adding shine with an all over glaze.”

Who do you think is best flattered by a gourmand colour (cool or warm undertones? Neutral?)
β€œWarm undertones work best because you’re thinking of creating a colour that is going to reflect light.”

Any product recommendations to keep the look up at home?
β€œBOOSTA Shampoo and BOOSTA Conditioner to add bounce to the hair and fullness to enhance a lower maintenance colour, along with BOOSTA Volumizing Spray to support root lift.”

Mocha Mousse – Tyler Mascio

How would you describe this tone?
β€œMocha Mousse is very earthy. Rich yet neutral in tone, and very moody.”

Any product recommendations to keep the look up at home?
β€œWhen maintaining a neutral toned brunette can be a little simpler than a high maintenance colour, it is imperative that you’re using a hair regiment at home that locks in shine. Oftentimes colours of this nature can appear matte or flat over time. I would recommend using U-LUXURY Shampoo & Conditioner. The Hawaiian white honey hydrates and softens the hair while crushed pearl powder adds nutrients to protect and shine.”

Tan Espresso – Nicole Leal

How would you describe this tone?
β€œBlended tones of brunette. Not a solid one colour.”

Any product recommendations to keep the look up at home?
β€œI would use the entire RE:UNITE System to maintain colour and shine.”

Soft Terracotta – Nicole Leal

How would you describe this tone?
β€œMore of a golden copper than a red copper.”

Any product recommendations to keep the look up at home?
β€œ7SECONDS Shampoo, 7SECONDS Conditioner and 7SECONDS Detangler to maintain softness.”
