Celebrating the 60th anniversary of Charlie Miller hairdressing last November was bittersweet for this revered company based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Why? The year 2025 was also when Charlie himself died. The family and indeed the entire hairdressing industry lost a key figure and champion for hairdressing. Yet, thanks to Charlie’s extraordinary character (strength, kindness, resilience and calm), the family brand will remain strong. And we will continue to see them upfront promoting this great profession.

Charlie’s wife Janet, sons Joshua and Jason, with daughter in law India, have a clarity of vision and determination to uphold all that Charlie built, and then some.
