EP154 – Victoria Lynch talks about entrepreneurship and innovation

Victoria Lynch is quite the woman! Talking to Respectfully podcast host Ellie Scott, we hear how Victoria started what is now a multi-million-pound business from her bedroom. Not only do we find out about innovating in the extensions market and what goes into new products, something Victoria is extremely proud of is the brands ethical values. When we heard how the hair is sourced and is then recycled to mop up oil spills we were proud of her too.
