The Respectfully Hair Podcast is back for 2026 and we’re delighted to kick off the year with a conversation with ALFAPARF Milano Professional ambassadors, Andrea Dorata and Jamie Benny. Both new to ALFAPARF Milano Professional in the past year, we find out why Andrea and Jamie made the switch, the opportunities available to them as a salon and ambassador and what’s next for them.
Andrea Dorata
Andrea Dorata, ALFAPARF Milano Professional Brand Ambassador UKI, is an award-winning hairdresser having been shortlisted and won regional awards in several of the longest-running hairdressing competitions in the UK. With a passion for learning and teaching, he has been invited to be part of talent development groups, and loves to share his vision with this team, along with indulging his creativity in photoshoots and shows.
Jamie Benny
Award-winning stylist and founder of Benny & Co. Hair Studios in Knutsford, Jamie is recognised for his creative colour expertise and passion for education. In his ambassador role, he collaborates with ALFAPARF Milano Professional to inspire stylists through education, events, and creative projects across the UK and Ireland.
