A new era of education as Beauty Works delivers on its 2025 promise to support stylists across the UK.
Beauty Works has wrapped up its most ambitious education initiative to date, Beyond the Chair, a nationwide series of hands-on training events designed to connect, inspire, and empower stylists across 11 UK regions.

Following three sell-out masterclasses earlier this year, Beauty Works listened to feedback and evolved its education programme to make learning more accessible and community focused. Rather than one large event, the brand took its education on the road, breaking barriers with an immersive format that removed the stage entirely and encouraged open conversation. Stylists were invited to share their own experiences and learn directly from one another, reflecting Beauty Worksβ belief that stylists learn best from other stylists.
The tour covered England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales with stops including Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff and Belfast β with many other locations in between. The breadth of the schedule cemented Beauty Worksβ commitment to going where the professionals are rather than simply holding in house education. Combining live demonstrations, business building insights, and intimate networking opportunities, helping professionals elevate their technical, creative, and commercial skills. Each regional event created an inclusive, collaborative environment, giving attendees the chance to connect with educators and peers while discovering the latest Beauty Works tools, extensions, and innovations.

βWeβve delivered over 89 courses across the country this year, and Beyond the Chair is the proof that weβre committed to the professional,β says Dina Demetriou, Head of Education at Beauty Works. βThis tour has taken us to 11 cities, from Glasgow to Cardiff and across to Ireland, and it shows the scale of what weβre building. Itβs a new era of education built on consistency, feedback, and real results. Weβre constantly evolving our courses based on what stylists tell us they need, and 2026 will see six brand new courses and a whole new format. Education is at the heart of everything we do.β
The Beyond the Chair tour highlights Beauty Worksβ continued commitment to its 2025 promise; to empower the stylist community through education, innovation, and ongoing support. The initiative has strengthened relationships nationwide, providing professionals with the confidence and tools to grow their salon businesses and deliver the highest standard of client results.
