MTA Education is thrilled to reveal a game-changing partnership with Glasgow Kelvin College as its acclaimed MADE: The Academy for Modern Barbering programme lands at the Falkirk campus in January 2026.
The collaboration marks a bold new chapter for the college, bringing one of the UKβs most respected entry-level barbering programmes to learners across central Scotland.
The Certificate in Barbering (MADE with MTA): C&G (Level 5) is an 18-week, high-intensity course that delivers MTAβs award-winning, industry-driven training model inside a college setting for the very first time. MADE with MTA was recently crowned Training Provider of the Year at the prestigious Scottish Hair & Beauty Awards (SHABA) β and now that same excellence is coming to Falkirk.
Ross Miller, Owner/Founder of MTA Hair Education says,
βWeβre thrilled to bring the MADE programme to Glasgow Kelvin College for the first time. MTA has built a strong reputation for delivering barber training that mirrors real industry expectations, and this partnership allows us to extend that standard to a new region. Glasgow Kelvin College shares our commitment to quality, accessibility and learner success, and together weβre creating a pathway that will set students up for genuine, long-term careers. Weβre excited to welcome and support the first wave of students.β
