The Surreal collection was born from a workshop hosted by Vivienne Mackinder and fashion photographer Joseph Cartwright. Each model’s hair was styled by a different stylist.
Vivenne recently joined us on the podcast where she she shared her passion for teaching hair stylists how to succeed with photoshoots and working editorially. It’s worth a listen…
Inspiration
The Surreal Collection is a celebration of creativity, skill, and the collaborative spirit of hair and fashion as interpreted by one of Mackinder’s photoshoot classes. Each model’s hair is a piece of art contributing to a dreamlike whimsical state. Paired with the unbelievable fashion, the images challenge the perception of what is real and possible. It tells a story yet leaves room for interpretation.
